Gatherings took place in front of town halls across France on Monday in support of a French mayor and his family who were targeted in an attack at home. The attack came after the police killing of a teenager during a police check on the outskirts of Paris, which sparked riots across the country. In Nanterre, the town where the 17-year-old died, mayor Patrick Jarry says "stop the violence". FRANCE 24's Liza Kaminov reports from L'Hay-les-Roses, France.
