Hundreds of thousands of Indian farmers have stormed the streets of New Delhi as the country celebrated its national Republic Day. For the past 2 months, they have been protesting agricultural reforms they say only favours big businesses and camping on the outskirts of the Indian capital. So far, 11 rounds of talks between unions and the government have failed, and the movement is far from ending, as FRANCE 24’s Diya Gupta reports.
